INNOVATION AND TEAMWORK ARTIFACT #1: GROUP 2 TEAM PROJECT
This video was part of a project for Small Group Communications class during the Spring semester at Boise State University. I worked with a group of four others to develop a team building program, called Group2Team to offer the community. Though the project itself was hypothetical this artifact showcases my ability to work together in and lead a group of people to accomplish a mutual goal. We had to brainstorm together and come to agreement on what our project would be and how we would complete it. We had to communicate online and in person and figure out how to solve conflicts among us and divide up responsibilities. We fell into our own leadership roles within the group. I searched out and developed relationships with the Academic Advising Office (AAO) in order to gain their help to implement our team building project. I designed the logo, helped create and execute the team building exercise with the AAO. I also filmed and edited it for class presentation on May 9, 2014. This artifact also showcases my ability to maneuver Premier Pro editing software. We thought creatively for this project and I learned much from doing this with a group of random people. My 7.5 min video clips right along, don't blink!
