PROGRAM OUTCOME #1
Applying theories and specific knowledge to my professional or personal goals.
MIND MAPPING
During the course, Creative Skills and Design Thinking 397 at Boise State University we learned how to do Mind Maps. The examples to the right are my own mind maps that I made after I learned how to do them. As you can see, I have been using the method of mind mapping for our ministry needs and during my time as President of the Hebrew Roots Club. "A mind map is a diagram used to represent the affinities or connections between a number of ideas of things. Understanding connections is the starting point for design. Mind maps are a method of analyzing information and relationships" (Design Thinking, pg. 105) |

VIDEO EDITING AND PRODUCTION
During the courses Advanced Cinematography and Community TV at Boise State University we had the chance to write script, shoot and do some film production. This example is a real world application of using what I learned in cooperation with Windermere Realty to sell our teepee property in Idaho. |
